The Journey So Far…

Hi everyone,

We had a fantastic start for the businesses in 2018 and thank you so much for all your support, however as the pandemic hit in March 2019, we had to temporarily take a break from business activities.

This did not stop us! We launched our online store offering home deliveries for our sweeties and gifts and expanded again to offer luxury gifts too! To keep people happy during the trying times of covid-19. Thank you to everyone who ordered from us, I am especially grateful to how successful our Easter Hampers were, it was great fun playing the easter bunny and seeing everyone enjoy their easter treat hampers.

Early 2020, we had some amazing news and found out that we were expecting a baby boy before Christmas. So business had to take a back seat due to covid & baby preparations! Exciting times!

We continued to deliver our products to our wonderful clients and re-arranged bookings for that year. We then welcomed our beautiful bundle of joy to our family in December 2020. Baby Freddie is the newest crew member!

After having my baby, I then decided to do some re-branding to the business ready for the future. “Little Honey Sweets” turned into “Chapter J Gifts” as we now offer luxury handmade truffles, chocolate hampers and personalised bespoke gifts!

In 2020, we also decided to expand the business further and purchased a vintage rice horsebox and began a restoration project to lovingly renovate it into a mobile bistro. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to leave this project behind to focus on the current businesses. Thank you for your support when The Galloping Bistro was operating, we truly enjoyed the events we were part of serving from the horsebox bar. ♥️

So, into the fourth year of business, 2021. We have now rebranded to Chapter J Weddings & Events.

I have always been so positive that I would not use social media, as I personally do not use it.
However although business has been very successful so far without it, I have now sorted a PA to take the reins on new facebook and instagram business pages so that we can share more day to day excitement and products with you all. As well as people constantly saying “I want to like or tag you”?! So, now you can, like, follow, share and tag away!
